1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Empowered & Confident After 50: Reinvent Your Career, Reclaim Your Life course (the “Course”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access the Course.

2. Course Overview

The Course is designed to support women aged 50+ in building career confidence and navigating professional reinvention. It is offered in three tiers:

  • Self-Study Pathway: Lifetime access to video modules, PDFs, and exercises.

  • Core Cohort: Everything in Self-Study, plus community access and group coaching.

  • VIP Career Accelerator: All Core features plus private coaching and priority support.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is accepted via Stripe, credit card, or other approved methods on the Kajabi checkout page. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

You may see an optional offer bump or upgrade at checkout (e.g., Core Cohort upgrade). These additions are final and processed immediately unless refunded under our 7-day policy.

4. Refund Policy – 7-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

You are entitled to a full refund within 7 calendar days of your original purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, email our Contract within this 7-day window.

After this period, no refunds will be issued, regardless of course progress or access.

5. Lifetime Access

"Lifetime access" means access to the course materials for as long as the course is offered on our Kajabi platform. If we ever discontinue the course, users will receive 30 days' advance notice and an opportunity to download key resources.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All course content—including videos, downloads, frameworks, and community material—is protected under copyright law. You may not reproduce, resell, share, or distribute any part of the Course without written permission.

Your purchase grants you individual, non-transferable access. Group or institutional licenses require a separate agreement.

7. Community Conduct (Core Cohort & VIP Tiers)

If you participate in our private online community, you agree to:

  • Engage respectfully and constructively

  • Not post spam, promotions, or third-party solicitations

  • Maintain confidentiality of all peer discussions

  • Refrain from hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory remarks

Violation of these standards will result in removal from the community without refund.

8. Coaching and Professional Disclaimer

The Course offers general guidance and support. It does not constitute professional legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice. You agree to consult appropriate professionals before acting on any guidance provided.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to revoke access to the Course or its community if a participant violates these Terms or behaves in a way that disrupts the learning environment, at our discretion. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

10. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from participating in the Course. By enrolling, you accept full responsibility for your progress, decisions, and actions. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your participation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. All changes will be posted on our website and apply to future enrollments. Continued use after such updates constitutes your acceptance.
